With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I consider myself an expert in AI, software, cloud, and product/business model development. I spent several years each in the CRE and multi-channel e-commerce sectors, and in the past 10 years, I worked as a researcher specializing in B2C/B2B, and other types of commercial products and business models. In 2021 I advanced into development, turning insights into action. Since then, I earned numerous certifications in software and cloud technologies, general business and customer journey management, agile leadership, agile project management, PRINCE2-certified project management and others. I have an academic background in aviation, covering management, operations, compliance, quality, crisis and emergency management, strategic/business development and more. At 45, I proudly consider myself a true life-long learner, continuously expanding my knowledge and skills. I’m quite literally always enrolled in some type of course or edu program.
